1. Who processes the data

This site (loome.uz) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Orinov Shohabbos Otkirbek ogli (TIN 593282894), referred to below as “we”.

Loome is an IT service provider. We do not provide credit or financial services.

2. What we collect

Data you enter yourself in the demo request form:

• name;
• phone number;
• the plan you selected, if any;
• anything else you write in your request.

We may also collect technical data your browser sends for site statistics (page address, approximate location, device type).

We do not ask for passport details, PINFL or payment card data on this site. Please do not enter them in the form.

3. Why we use it

• to contact you and show a demo;
• to answer your request and prepare an offer;
• to analyse how the site and our advertising perform.

We do not sell the data you send us to unrelated third parties.

4. Third-party services

This site runs Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). It sends technical data from your browser to Meta's servers to measure advertising performance. Meta processes that data under its own policy.

You can limit this tracking through your browser settings or an ad blocker.

The site and its data are hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Under the amendments made to the Law on Personal Data by Law ZRU-1125 of 26.03.2026, data may be stored in a state included in the list of states providing an adequate level of protection approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Germany is on that list. Biometric and genetic data are stored within the Republic of Uzbekistan, as the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Contact details from demo requests are kept until the request is handled, and for at most 12 months after that. They are deleted when that period ends or when you ask us to.

6. Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• withdraw your consent at any time.
