1. Who we are

Loome is a cloud ERP/CRM for shops in Uzbekistan that sell on instalments. A shop keeps its customers, contracts, payment schedules, cash desk and inventory in one place.

The system is developed and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Orinov Shohabbos Otkirbek ogli.

Loome is an IT service provider. We do not provide credit, microfinance or any other financial service, and we do not lend. The instalment credit is granted by the shop to its own customer.

2. Our role regarding devices

Loome is a software vendor (an MDM vendor). We do not sell, buy or own devices.

A device sold on instalments belongs to the shop. Each shop enrols the device under its own organisation and sets its own policy. Loome supplies only the software that runs this process.

The device-management (MDM) profile is installed with the customer's written consent. Once payment is complete the lock is released automatically, and the retailer removes the profile itself, as required by its contract with the customer. This is not IMEI blocking on the operator network, which is the authority of the state and the mobile operators.
